2010 Training Program
Once again the Crim Fitness Foundation is bringing its nationally-acclaimed Crim Training Program to Oakland County. For the third year in a row, this unique program will get you ready to run or walk the Brooksie Way Half Marathon (13.1) or 5K (3.1 miles) on Sunday, October 3, 2010.
What makes this program unique is that all groups and levels incorporate a run/walk/run method of training. Anyone can join this program and successfully complete the half marathon or 5K.
In order to meet the growing needs of our training programs, a “Goal” group has been added and other groups have been redefined to improve and expand upon the successful run/walk training methods designed by former Olympian and noted author Jeff Galloway. If you want to improve your past race times, the GOAL (Level 3) group will be for you.
